MESSE07: Numark's Mixmeister Fusion a New Tool for DJs

Seen first at NAMM in january 2007, this new timeline based approach to DJing on your laptop takes the donkey work (or skill perhaps?) out of constructing a DJ set, with automatic beat mapping, tempo matching and cross-fade creation between tracks, your mum or perhaps even grandma could be knocking out a killer set for the tea dance in no time. As long as she has a suitably equipped PC (not Mac this time). But the software is geared up for uninterrupted live construction with all kinds of nifty looping and cue features and when your done, you can burn a CD right from the application.
