Developed by an award winning composer to eliminate the ‘guesswork’ from composing for live orchestra, Audio Impressions’ DVZ Realtime Strings library contains 70 strings arranged in a ‘real world’ number of instruments per section: 18 Violins I, 16 Violins II, 14 Violas, 12 Celli and 10 Basses; these can be selected in any combination with every conceivable playing style, effect and articulation for each instrument without loading or unloading samples and without key switching.
Ai’s REALTIME DVZ divisi process (U.S. Patent No 7,109,406) prevents notes from multiplying as you play progressively building chords, while Ai’s patent pending SPACE process allows control over individual player placement within a continuously variable virtual soundstage.
According to Carl Marinoff, Ai’s Marketing Director, these technical innovations faithfully reproduce realistic slurs, runs and glissandos and are ideal for theatrical and stage performances, for use in music education and for anyone using computers to compose film, video or TV scores.
Pricing and Availability:
Audio Impressions will be exhibiting their DVZ Realtime Strings at the Summer NAMM Show in Austin TX. Sales are scheduled to coincide with the July NAMM show. More information:
