IK Multimedia have just announced their latest sample-based virtual instrument – the Sample Moog. With samples taken from sixteen (I didn’t know there were that many!) Moog synths, both modular and self contained, they teamed up with ace samplemiesters Sonic Reality to bring you 1,700 sounds which span the entire Moog history. Samples from:
Modular 3C, Moog 15, Moog 55, Mini Model D, Polymoog, Taurus 1, Prodigy, Multimoog, Vocoder, Concertmate MG-1, Source, Rogue, Memorymoog, Theremin, Voyager and Little Phatty

I hope there is a sample of that infamous 'string' sound Gary Numan used in 'Cars'. I heard it wasn't a string sound but a preset called 'vox humana' on the Polymoog.
