The Euphonix digital consoles are really top of the range stuff – used in massive post production facilities with gazillions of dialog, effects, foley, music tracks and the like, but with some really affordable control systems that integrate with ProTools, Logic, Cubase and Neundo, their EU-CON protocol is common to all. The new Artist Series featuring the MC Control and MC Mix surfaces (see our NAMM piece) was on show here as well as the music focused System 5-MC and MC Pro and the S5 Fusion DSP powered mixing console.
