Windows-Based Music Production Software Gets Major Update

Zynewave have released version 2.00 of their Podium music production software for Windows. New in this version are features such as file-based track templates, merge project and load device setup from templates and drag-scrolling in editors.
Podium offers a unique hierarchic mixing engine that integrates audio recording, VST plug-ins and external MIDI and audio gear. Configuration of plug-ins and external hardware are encapsulated in an object based project structure, which, say Zynewave, hides the technical complexities when you want to focus on musical inspiration. Advanced features include 64-bit mixing, multiprocessor support, surround sound, integrated sound editor, preset librarian and spline curve automation of plug-in, MIDI and mixer parameters. The number of supported devices, plug-ins, tracks, channels and mixer busses are practically unlimited. All this is presented in a stylish and customizable user interface.
