DJ Contest Celebrates Portable DJ Performance System

The Great DJ Getaway offers DJs an opportunity of a lifetime. A lucky winner will be flown to Miami for 3 days from March 26 - 28, 2009 to play a showcase set at the world famous Winter Music Conference attended by over 40,000 DJs, industry professionals, and aspiring creative stars. This is an unbelievably unique chance for a DJ to make a difference in the industry and gather a whole new army of fans and industry contacts! With an unparalleled lineup of events, artist showcases, and parties, the WMC is without a doubt the world's biggest DJ event.

To enter the contest, DJs upload their best work on the VCI-300 to YouTube.com and fill out the form on the website listed below. Entries must be received between October 1, 2008 and January 15, 2009 with the winner being announced on or around February 1, 2009. The videos that get the most views and highest ratings during this time period will be submitted to a panel of judges including Vestax management, Industry press, and professional DJs.
