For those mic-o-philes out there, check out these babies – the Violet mics are very beautiful and yet so functional. The Flamingo Magic and it's non round capsule, the Sontronics Ribbon mic Delta for high SPL applications such as guitar cabs, drums etc.
There are also a wonderful range of Nevaton mics that have been in production since the 1940's so they know what they up to I should think.
