SONIC TALK 116 - LIVE.
Welcome once again to the live recorded show (you can catch us at 4pm GMT at sonicstate.com/live). This week I am joined by Rich Hilton just prior to heading into Niles Crib Studio to comission an 8-core Mactopus, Dave Spiers of GForce Software as he is helping spec the new Underworld live rig, Mark Tinley as he's launching a competition to win 20 or so Access All Areas passes from his time on the road with Duran Duran and PJ Tracy who's EMMY winning status keeps him warm! We talk of the differences between Dated and Classic, which takes us into sounds, then we're on to the acceptable face of Theremin playing with the Moog Etherwave PLus, then it's CAT5 wiring - studio and live, followed by a discussion concerning the miniaturization of music making gear. Remember... Join Us Live!
Every wednesday at 4pm UK time we record and stream live with a chat room for you to get involved in. So head over to Sonicstate.com/LIVE and check it out. Or set up a Skype account for people to leave comments (which may be played on subsequent episodes) or requests to be considered for a part on the show.
