A statement on the official NIN site from Trent states - "2009 marks the 20th anniversary of our first releases. I've been thinking for some time now it's time to make NIN disappear for a while. Last year's "Lights in the Sky" tour was something I'm quite proud of and seems like the culmination of what I could pull off in terms of an elaborate production. " So enter Jane's Addiction, a band who Trent credits as one of the most vital and sincere live acts currently playing. They got together in the studio over recent months and plans have been made to do book a last run of shows together across the globe this year. This tour is going to be less of a big production and " much more raw, spontaneous and less scripted". So if you want to get a ticket to see the bands before they take a break, head over to the site and keep your eyes peeled.
