I bet that will be an total disaster. Roland is notoriously reputated of it's non existing customer support and that driver updates and bugfixes take two years to surface. I would never trust that as my DAW. Never.

The exact opposite can be said of Cakewalk though. Can't speak to Roland customer suport as nothing I've ever had from them ever broke or needed an update). I guess it's just a matter of which company's customer service ideals rubs off on the other.

Cakewalks support is really good. I had a crazy freak error when my computer froze (not sonar's fault) and forced me to restart. It wouldn't let me load the sonar. I contacted cakewalk and they were able to help me within a couple days via email with a detailed response.
