Roland is notoriously reputated of it's non existing customer support and that driver updates and bugfixes take two years to surface. I would never trust that as my DAW. Can't speak to Roland customer suport as nothing I've ever had from them ever broke or needed an update). I had a crazy freak error when my computer froze (not sonar's fault) and forced me to restart. It wouldn't let me load the sonar.
