Not an exhibitor we expected to see at a London show, but it seems that education is the Big Thing. Berklee Music were here in force, and we got to chat with the Dean no less - Debbie Cavalier, and also the man behind the BerkleeMusic.co.uk site and much of the online courses, Barry Kelly, about what makes Berklee special.
Courses run at 12 weeks on a number of different aspects of music production and creation. I've taken online courses with Berklee and Point Blank and my tutor at Point Blank was way more knowledgeable and helpful. 03-Jul-09 04:11 AM hector Said... berklee looks dry and overly corporate. if you want value and tutors who are really part of the current music scene the point blank genre specific courses are the way to go. 06-Jul-09 05:06 AM MightyMike Said... What kind of music does she teach? 07-Jul-09 09:15 AM Post a comment
