Ableton is looking for developers and made this video, Life As An Ableton Developer, to let developers know what it was like to work for the company:
We figured the best people to persuade developers to come to Ableton are our own staff. We interviewed some of our developers and came up with this: a 16 minute movie about working at Ableton. We hope that once you've watched it, you'll want to work here, too.
This is an interesting way for Ableton to introduce people to the company and the video really gives you the impression that they are passionate about what they do.
