Washburn Guitars have revealed their 15, 25, 35, 45 and 55 acoustic series. Each series has a Solid Canadian Spruce top with different distinct tonewoods for the back and sides. Available in Dreadnought and Grand Auditorium body styles with street prices ranging from $269 to $449 and $319 to $529 for Fishman® equipped acoustic electrics.
The 15 Series features a solid Canadian Spruce top, Mahogany back and sides, abalone binding and rosette and a Fishman® tuner/preamp on cutaway electric models. WD15S - $269 street price, WD15SCE - $319 street price. Also available with solid Cedar top – WG16S and WG16SCE.
The 25 Series features a Canadian Spruce top, Rosewood back and sides, abalone binding and rosette and a Fishman® tuner/preamp on cutaway electric models. WD25S - $329 street price, WD25SCE - $379 street price. Also available with solid Cedar top – WG26S and WG26SCE.
The 35 Series features a solid Canadian Spruce top, Tamo Ash back and sides, abalone binding and rosette and a Fishman® tuner/preamp on cutaway electric models. WD35S - $349 street price, WD35SCE – $429 street price.
The 45 Series features a solid Canadian Spruce top, Flame Maple back and sides, abalone binding and rosette and a Fishman® tuner/preamp on cutaway electric models. WD45S - $399 street, WD45SCE - $479 street.
And finally, the 55 Series features a solid Canadian Spruce top, Koa back and sides, abalone binding and rosette and a Fishman® tuner/preamp on cutaway electric models. WD55S - $449 street, WD55SCE - $529 street.
