Just in time for Valentine's Day, RJDJ has teamed up with the French music duo, Air, to launch a new reactive music app based on their hit single "Love." This new app, allows users to participate in the music production process using their voice and surroundings and create custom recordings that can be shared via email, Facebook and Twitter--perfect for Valentine dedications.
Fans can access the five reactive soundscapes for "Love" and start recording by simply putting on their headphones and singing or speaking into the microphone. Scenes include:
- Chanter – puts your voice in the music, letting you sing, speak or add your own sounds into the mix
- Harmonie - vocodes sounds in real-time and makes them harmonise with the music
- Papillon – samples tiny segments of sounds and creates audio butterflies from them, flying around inside the music
- Voler – creates a rising texture of sound by sampling reality and layering / filtering them with the music
- Voyage – takes you on a musical journey through all of the soundscapes
