SONIC TALK 166 - LIVE
Back on my lonesome in the studio this week, but I do have a good collection of friends joining me over the wires:

Dave Spiers - co-founder of GForce Software,  PJ Tracy  - emmy winning composer from Minneapolis and Rich Hilton award-winning  producer, engineer and player from Nile Rodger's studio.

First up we take a sideways look at the new UnMixingStation from Audionamix, it promises much, but does it deliver? Then we ponder Ambiophonics - a way of re-invigorating the lacklustre stereo recordings. The Jazari robot drumming circle from Patrick Flanagan is of great interest to all, and the Codeorgan provides us with some light relief - it plays music based on your webpages. Etymotics earplugs get a mention and then we marvel at iTunes impending 10 Billion songs downloaded target. We end on the joy that Rich is bringing to synth nuts everywhere with his excellent 70s Synth brochure collection.
