The day promises a combination of expert advice, live music performances and offers a rare opportunity for local musicians to get top tips from some of the UK's leading music production specialists who will be available all day to discuss and demonstrate recording and music production techniques.
The very latest professional audio equipment will be on show including the super compact Pocketrack mini recording studio (seen above) which is transforming the way many musicians on a budget record music. The company are even inviting those guitarists on the eternal journey for the perfect sound to bring their personal acoustic instruments along, to try out with the latest technology.
Graham Bell is manager of GG Digital Glasgow and said " This is a great opportunity for all local musicians to get really valuable advice on how to improve their skills on the often daunting subject of music recording and production. It's not very often that we can offer up some top practitioners who are keen to share their experience and knowledge on the subject. I would strongly encourage music makers serious about their music to come along for top draw free advice."
A range of Yamaha instruments will also be on show for the first time including the acclaimed new CP1 digital Piano, DTX electronic percussion system.
