The Lower Rhythm has released version 2 of Rhinoceros Here's what they have to say about it...
Rhinoceros is a very colored channel strip designed to add weight and character to otherwise stale sounds. With a full compressor, three band parametric EQ, dual mode lowpass / hipass filter (12dB/oct and 24dB/oct), variable tube saturation, and independent wet / dry outputs (with 'phaze' crossmixing), Rhinoceros can add fat, grizzly meat to anything you throw at it -- especially drums, synth and electric bass.
Feature List:
  • Compressor (with bypass)
  • 3 Band Parametric EQ (with bypass)
  • 12dB/oct or 24dB/oct Hipass and Lowpass filter
  • Variable 'tube' saturation
  • Independent dry and wet outputs
  • Optional 'Phaze' mixing between wet and dry outputs
Changes in this version: Tweaks to the 'tube' emulation for smoother tone, added compressor, removed phase inverter and replaced with new 'Phaze' system, CPU improvements, additional bypassing.
