Livid hasn't made an official announcement about Code yet, but it looks like it offers:

 

• USB connectivity
• MIDI In/Out
• 32 continuous controllers
• 13 illuminated switches

 

Code could be a nice complement to matrix-style controllers, like Livid's own Block. 

No word yet on pricing or availability.
