ItchyClips has introduced downloadable project ScratchPacks for Ableton Live, designed to make it easy to get material for DJ mixing and remixing.
Here's what the developers have to say about ScratchPacks:
Scratchpacks were inspired by using the Akai APC-40 controller with its 8 vertical rows and 5 horizontal columns.
Finally, in my mind, a standard had been established for the structure of a song in a live show which could be agreed upon by most musicians. Naturally, once the Scratchpack has been downloaded and imported into a new live show or song, its integrity begs to be dismantled and reassembled into thousands of new unique variations.
Selection of ScratchPacks is currently limited. ItchyClips is looking for artists that want to sell their tracks as ScratchPacks at the site.
Pricing and Availability
ItchyClips ScratchPacks are available now for €5.00.
