Hitsquad announce Voxengo Plugin Competition      20/08/10
Win Plug-Ins

Hitsquad.com has teamed up with Voxengo to give Musicians the chance to win a a collection of 3 professional plug-ins worth $329.85. Here's the press release with all the details...
Hitsquad is home to the world's largest music software site 'SMM' and are continuing their 15th year online celebrations with a series of competitions for musicians.
Up for grabs in their latest giveaway are the following plugins from Voxengo:
  • Voxengo GlissEQ
A parametric equalizer AU and VST plugin for professional music production applications. The most interesting and unique feature GlissEQ offers you is its filters with dynamic behavior. While when using a normal equalizer you always get what you have set: if you specify a 6 dB boost at 100 Hz you get exactly a 6 dB boost at 100 Hz. GlissEQ offers you a slightly different approach: when you specify +6 dB at 100 Hz, you don't necessarily get 6 dB of gain, filter's effective gain is adjusted dynamically according to the sound material you are filtering.
  • Voxengo Voxformer
A multi-functional vocal channel strip AU and VST plugin for professional audio applications. Combining several professional quality processing modules, Voxformer was designed to be a comprehensive solution for all your vocal processing needs – be it spoken or sung vocals. It also features a de-esser with selectable center frequency and threshold.
  • Voxengo Elephant
A mastering limiter AU and VST plugin for professional music production applications. The most remarkable feature of this signal limiter is its sonic transparency. Elephant brings sound limiting and loudness maximization without audible "pumping" sonic artifacts.
