New App Turns iPad Into StompBox

Developer 4Pockets has announced a new app, StompBox, that promises to turn your iPad into "a great sounding fully-fledged digital effects unit", complete with chromatic guitar tuner, metronome and recording tools.

StompBox allows you to chain up to 12 effects in any order and then save your settings as patch files that can be recalled at the press of a button.

Equipment includes: Metronome, 4 Track Loop Recorder and Media Player.

Effects include: Phaser, Delay, Reverb, Chorus, Noise Gate, Compressor, Flanger, Graphic Equalizer, Pitch Shifters 1 & 2, Tremolo, Distortion, Autowah, Parametric and AutoVol.
