Korg has released this teaser video for the Kronos.
They're not saying what the Kronos is yet, though. Could it be a new hardware synth workstation? Or something else entirely?
Details will be released at the 2011 NAMM Show.

Definitely looking forward to this, I am hoping it is some kind of analogue synth. As I still believe the monotron, more than a toy was a test to see how people reacted to a true korg analogue

If the sounds in this video are coming from the Kronos I don't think I'm going to be anything other than disappointed.
Prepare to be disappointed is far more appropriate.

Please, don't sink the ship before it sails! Korg's design team is second to none (for a mainstream music manufacturer.)

Whatever this Kronos is, I hope that it doesn't sound predictable like the M3 and Triton. They need something that makes totally unique sounds, like their Wavestation. I sure hope that it's not a toy like the Monotron.

I like Korg products a lot, but the problem with KARMA, Wave Sequencing, etc, is that they are not really useable in a live setting (with a live, dodgy timing, drummer). I hope it's not going to be a combination of an M3 and PA with automatic crap flying all over the place, but something you would never actually use.

Synthgear is having a contest - guess what the Kronos is and win a korg Monotron http://www.synthgear.com/2011/video/featured-videos/korg_kronos/

The sound in this video sounds like the very first preset of Legacy Cell. If they do a hardware version of Korg's Legacy Cell, count me in :-)
