We know the flagship Roland modeled piano by the name V-Piano, but now, we have the V-Piano Grand. Essentially this is the modeling technology of the V-Piano, but built into a custom frame which has been tweaked and tuned to produce the finest piano playing experience Roland can offer.
We got treated to some proper concert piano playing from virtuoso Yana Resnik with a little Rachmaninov.
I dont have any pricing information, but if you have to ask, you probably cant afford it.

Funny in the the same NAMM show we've got both extremes: Roland's V-piano Grand on one end, Korg's microPiano on the other.

So Nick, how was that thing sounding in person?

Actually pretty impressive. Its fairly similar in concept to the Yamaha Avant Grand, but with the V-Piano technology. It sounded pretty good to me, I am not a piano officianado
