So on the day that iPad 2 news smacks us in the face like a freight train, there is also the (far more important) announcement of a Garage Band release for iPad. We will certainly be road testing this ASAP on our prehistoric iPad 1.0, of which the very admitance of owning will now get us labelled as social outcasts.
Garage Band will be kind of like Beat Maker 2, which we have filmed a review for, it will feature a lot of touch instruments, guitar amps/effects, 8 track recorder, 250 loops, and full capability with the Mac version of the software. It'll also be cheaper, initally weighing in at just $4.99.
More news as we get it!
I suppose it'd be expecting too much for those 250 loops to be anything new? We're all beyond sick to death of the same old ones!
