The Microhammer March 2011 Bundle by Tonehammer has been announced. Here's the details that they have sent us...
Imbibaphones
The contents typically contained in wine glasses have provided inspiration for musicians since the ?rst time the two were introduced. The wine glass became popular as a musical instrument in the 18th century. As always, we've interpreted this simple concept in our own particular way. Instead of just using a set of wine goblets, we also used a martini glass, champagne Flute, and after a happy accident, a broken glass. We've captured sustaining notes and rubber mallet strikes for each type of glass. We then applied a variety of effects to create some great special effects patches. Pour your self a glass of your favorite wine, and imbibe. Screw it, get freakin hammered. 24 instruments, 1.07 GB, 759 Samples. Full Kontakt 3.5 or later required. Free "Player" not supported.
MSRP $29
Seahorse
Swimming all the way from Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point), Mexico to the San Francisco Bay, this unique and manually chiseled hanging metallic seahorse was spawned from carbon-infused sheet metal and evokes a variety of metallic and bell-like resonances. Instruments range from single 8x round-robin untuned and tuned percussion articulations to one-shot effects and multi-layered sustains, using various mallets, objects and hands on various surfaces and edges of the Seahorse. 32 instruments, 449 MB, 384 samples. Full Kontakt 3.5 or later required. Free "Player" not supported.
