Image Line release a beta version of their new groove box      11/08/11
Image Line tell us that Groove Machine is a performance-oriented multichannel (drum)sampler, multitimbral hybrid synthesizer, sequencer and last but not least a 'Groove Box' inspired by hardware Groove Boxes.
The company want you to download Groove Machine from the public beta Looptalk thread and report your experiences there.

The interface reminds me of my old EMX1.

I wonder if it will get custom hardware like the NI Maschine?

Looks like the new Dave Smith Tempest without the best part of it (the hardware). How many computer based drum machines do we really need.
