Practise Guitar Silently

Is this stringing you along?   17-Sep-11

We were alerted to this yesterday when doing our usual rounds on the guitar blogosphere and related interwebs. It's basically a pocket fretboard (called Pocket Strings), that allows you to practise chord shapes on the go.

The fretboard isn't really long enough for practising scales (other than pentatonic shapes), although it could be for practising hammer-ons, string bending, and pull-offs etc.

The jury's out on this one, there aren't any in stock on their website, so this either means it was incredibly popular, or that there is a kink somewhere in their supply chain.

Anyway, check out the video for yourself, it's essentially two minutes of attractive people practising chord-shapes and flirting with each other.
