New AU plug-in creates rhythmic filter effects 10-Feb-12
Sinevibes has announced Deep, a new AudioUnit plug-in for creating rhythmic filter effects. They tell us that its flexible envelope sequencer runs precisely synchronized to your DAW and modulates an ultra-steep, -48 dB/octave low-pass filter with a dense yet delicate sound. Sinevibes says that multiple shaping and timing options, as well as an intuitive, high-contrast interface, make Deep a universal and fun-to-use tool – no matter which music style you work with.
What can it do?
Apply complex filtering patterns onto any instrument parts.
Re-process and mangle beat loops with perfectly matched timing.
Transform static, lifeless sounds into spectrally and rhythmically rich new material.
Deep works with any 32/64-bit Mac software that supports AudioUnit effect plugins and requires OS X Leopard, Snow Leopard or Lion.

This is exactly what I've wanted! Too bad it's mac only. If it was for PC and VST, I'd be pulling out my credit card right now instead of writing this comment and complaining.
well I want this - it looks like a lot of fun - but I'm not a mac person. tough luck :-(
