Tronto - a New Moog Wave Kontakt Synth

Sampled through valves and 1/4 inch tape      06/09/12

Just got a message via Youtube from Tronsonic - about a new instrument they have been working on in kontakt 5 with a custom GUI:

A demonstration of some of the features and sounds from Tronto. The aim of this synth was to make it as analogue, characterful and ergonomic as possible. We sampled the waveforms through vintage valves to quarter inch tape. The single colour design and layout helps navigation speed, and is a nod to early 80s graphics, as we believe a tape hybrid sampler like this could have existed in a parallel universe at that time alongside the fairlight and mellotron :)
