BEHRINGER's X32 has been nominated as the "Best Mixing Desk" by the Musikmesse International Press Awards (MIPA) in both the Pro Audio and Studio categories. Since the X32 debuted in 2012, it has not only garnered praise from the media and the audio industry, but also from the more than 30,000 users who have purchased the digital mixer. The honor of a MIPA nomination, on which more than 100 magazines will vote on the best musical instruments and audio equipment, however, is one of the highlights. Winners will be announced on April 11, 2013 at a special awards show held by Musikmesse/Prolight + Sound in Frankfurt, Germany.
Uli Behringer, CEO for BEHRINGER's parent company, MUSIC Group, had this to say about the nomination: "We are deeply honored to be recognized yet again by members of the press for the X32. Our goal was to deliver the very best digital mixer possible and yet remain true to our founding principle of making it affordable; and in that regard, it is our users who are the true winners here."
