Top-Of-The-Line Studio Headphones From AKG

AKG and UK distributor Sound Technology Ltd have announced shipping of two new headphones, including the new top-of-the-line K712 PRO (pictured above).

Sound Technology says that, hand-crafted in Austria, the K712 PRO represents the highest quality and legendary design AKG is known for. The K712 PROs are reference, open, over-ear headphones for precise listening, mixing and mastering.

They tell us that the over-ear design guarantees maximum comfort for fatigue-free mixing and mastering, while providing spacious and airy sound with no compromise. Their precise powerful sound results from improved low-end performance by 3dB.

Alongside the K712 PRO, AKG have also announced shipping of K612 PRO models. They tell us that the K612 PRO are high-performance open, over-ear phones that deliver natural sound imaging for professional monitoring. They say that advanced open technology offers comfort for long working sessions and a full, spacious sound. AKG's patented Varimotion diaphragm technology completes the superb sound quality of the K612 PROs.
