DSI Tempest Analog Drummachine as Poly Synth

6 voices of yum      26/09/13

Watching this really took me back to when I had the Tempest Analog Drum Machine in for testing - the hybrid lovechild of Dave Smith and Roger Linn (there's an image to conjour with).

I don't normally dig drum machines, but there's something about this one that really stuck with me, I  only wish now that I'd found the $$ to buy the review model, its got some great sounds.

In this video, Youtuber tblv9300 gives the Tempest a workout as a purely analog poly, not a drum sound in sight.

You can still buy em of course..
