Rhodes Chroma

One of my all time favourites this, according to Vemia's Peter Forrest the Rhodes Chroma ranks alongside the Yamaha CS80 as one of the most organic, expressive synths ever made. This one was almost perfect, but with one dodgy key where the poly aftertouch didn't work too well. Hence the closing price of a mere £2790.

Definitely on the list of synths I would love to own. Not the most enjoyable to program mind, what with those membrane buttons and pitifully small LED displays.

The PPG is a work of art and it sounds unbelievable. I would have to say that in my studio the PPG would get the most use out of all these synth. I would love to have them all but if I had to choose it would be the PPG.

I second Mattsynth's comment. I owned a PPG wave 2.3 20 years ago and I've many synths and workstations since then. There is nothing like the PPG!
