Duophonic Hardware Synth Updated

Ploytec has updated the firmware of the PL2 mini synthesizer to Version 2.0. They say that from now on the PL2 can be programmed for specific note limits and MIDI channels, gains MIDI polyphonic aftertouch and velocity filter control, plus tuning, wobbling and more waveform options, including bassdrum.

A spokesperson said, "The maximum duophonic synthesizer PL 2 receives its data completely via MIDI and generates an enormous variety of sounds, from soft to aggressive, with the help of two oscillators, creating four square waves and using a digital and analog filter."
