Tracktion Software Corporation (TSC) has recently upgraded customer support capabilities with the adoption of the ZenDesk Customer Service software system. Tracktion users will immediately notice advanced features via a floating SUPPORT tab everywhere on the Tracktion website. Here's the details in Tracktion's own words...

Anyone using, or even interested in, the Tracktion system, can simply click on the floating SUPPORT tab to deploy increasing levels of information, advice and contact. The goal is to resolve problems as quickly as possible so you can let the creative juices flow!

The ZenDesk deployment is just the latest in our ongoing campaign to provide the very best tools to teach, inform, help and resolve solve problems. We're here for you so you can focus on creativity.

We have the longest running group on the independent KVR Audio forum. All are invited to contribute and find advice from the most experienced Tracktion users around the world.

Our friends at Groove3 have also just released 35 Tracktion 5 training videos explaining every aspect of the Tracktion 5 program from entry level to advanced features. These have now been better organized and presented on the updated Tracktion website (below) under the RESOURCES > VIDEO tabs.

So, even though Tracktion is a single-screen, easy-to-use program at a great price, there's a lot to it. You are truly unlimited and we're here to help you make the most of this powerful creative platform!
