First up we have the FH1 "fader host", a USB host in an 8HP Eurorack module. It allows you to directly connect a USB midi controller to your modular synthesiser.

You can also use something like an iConnect Midi to connect up an iPad, then use Touch OSC or Lemur to make sequencers etc...

 

As well as using a Midi controller to directly control the output CVs on the module, the FH-1 also has inbuilt LFOs, step sequencers, polyphonic MIDI/CV conversion and Os said he would be developing much much more in the future!
