Triple 7 Publishing has been in touch to tell us about Tito Adesanya's 'A Newcomer's Guide to the Music Business' which they say fills the huge market gap for a bare-bones blueprint for those with literally no experience in one of the world's most confusing and volatile industries. They tell us that Adesanya grew up on a council estate and has collaborated/toured with some of the country's biggest acts – something he freely admits only came through trial-and-error - and that this guide walks music industry newcomers through everything the author has learned – information rarely made public.

Here's the press release with the details:

Growing up in a notorious NW London council estate, Tito Adesanya wasn't destined for great things. However, against all odds, he rose to become both a law graduate and renowned music producer. While law had a clear-cut path to success, Adesanya was left to figure out the music business for himself – and it was far from easy.

In his powerful new book, 'A Newcomer's Guide to the Music Business', Adesanya shares the information he was never given access to. It's a complete guide for those new to the industry who want to avoid common pitfalls while adopting the best practices that will offer them limitless opportunities.

Synopsis:

  • A quick and simple guide to the music business for those on the verge of taking their first steps into the industry.
  • A Newcomer's Guide to the Music Business is a must-have for anyone - who has little or no prior industry experience - wishing to pursue a career in music.
  • The book assists newbies in avoiding the basic mistakes the majority make when entering the music business, while also familiarizing prospective newcomers with industry customs, practices, and the type of working environment they can expect to encounter.

"This book is chock-full of the information I spent blood, sweat and tears figuring out for myself – while slowing my progress down through a constant stream of mistakes," admits Adesanya, an unconventional individual who doesn't own a smartphone or operate social media accounts in the belief that they are a detriment to the human spirit. "You need absolutely no experience to understand the book, and you'll quickly become years ahead of the game compared with those trying to figure everything out for themselves."

Continuing, "Our wonderful industry is governed by customs, practices and traditions that few can cut through, leading to them giving up before they have reached their full potential. My readers can get the scoop on it all – all they need to bring to the table is their passion and a willingness to learn."

About the Author:
Tito Adesanya, is a 28 year old British law graduate/music producer with over 10 years' experience in the music business.  As a producer, he has collaborated and toured with the likes of Tinchy Stryder, Skepta, Chipmunk, Mobo award nominee Ghetts, and Tinie Tempah signee G Frsh.

Hailing from the notorious Grahame Park Estate in North-West-London, he decided to write his first book - A Newcomer's Guide to the Music Business - after routinely coming across countless industry newcomers, who felt there were no books in the global marketplace which specifically catered to their needs.
