Synthmorph has announced the release of Virus Dark Cinematics, a soundset for the Access Virus synthesizer family. They describe it as a unique soundbank of 128 cinematic inspired presets + 19 Synthmorph MIDI sequences for cinematic, game soundtracks, cinematic scoring and ambient / atmospheric electronica. A spokesperson had this to say...

"Rehash your trusted Virus gathering dust on your desktop and give it a new mission: sink into the world of perilous soundscapes and effects, terrifying drones, gleaming leads, sorrowful pads, downy basses / pulses, compelling arps. These last two alone are a major strength of the package: layer the 53 arps and 14 basses the way you want, tweak their settings, arp patterns, note length, modulate them with the fully pre-defined modulations - nothing stops you to create your own dark cinematic vibe.

No Synthmorph pack is being released without some crafted Synthmorph MIDI sequences, showing the astronomical capabilities of the Virus synthesizers - many of them uses up to 30 controller lanes of automation that makes a real difference when it comes to the refined cinematic edge. Use these Synthmorph sequences as is, tweak them or apply them to another preset - the tweaking possibilities are unlimited!"
