At this years We Are Robots festival in London, we caught up with Synth DIY extraordinaire LOOK MUM NO COMPUTER. For the festival LMNC had build one of the most ridiculous drone synths of all time. As well as that he had also brought along his MK3 synth bike.

The Hackoustic Village was a part of the festival that was solely dedicated to the efforts of DIY electro-acoustic experiments. We decided to let LMNC take us on a whistle stop tour of this part of the festival and show off some of the more underground and weirder side of the music technology industry.

Most of the people doing things in the Hackoustic Village simply do this stuff for their own enjoyment rather than for any commercial value, although there are exceptions. It is great to see such creativity!
