Johan Johannson Dies Suddenly

US Composer at the top of his game, tragic news      12/02/18

Very sad news that Icelandic composer Johan Johansson has died suddenly in Berlin. Johansson's work was widely acclaimed, in both his movie soundtracks and solo albums, with many directors and musicians alike citing him as their favourite composer. As well as his film and solo work, Johansson also composed for theatre and dance. His recent works included Arrival, Sicario and the Theory Of Everything. He was also briefly involved in the Bladerunner 2049 Soundtrack with Director Dennis Villeneueve.

Hi film work has a strong sense of  emotional connection with the characters and atmosphere, he will be missed by many.

RIP Johan Johansson 1969 - 2018
