Nick and Gaz: if you haven't already, check out Redmatica's GBSampleManager, a Mac program for managing, creating and editing instruments for the Simple Sampler in GarageBand Touch. Also check out the MidiBridge app that allows you to use your "old" Akai SynthStation 25 and Line6 Midi Mobilizer v1 with CoreMidi apps...

Great show. Regarding experimental interfaces nothing beats "the Movement I-V" app in my opinion. A kind of tape-loop controller.
