Only that Gotye is not a band, but a solo artist who is accompanied by a band when performing live.

i keep forgetting that until a year or so ago most of the world had never heard of gotye, so it's weird hearing people expecting "them" to be manufactured or have some sort of marketing strategy behind the image/sound. wally just made the music as he had in the past, and then the whole thing blew up.
