Nick, would you say this is "consumer" Genelec? Who is the customer here? The person mixing and tracking with a DAW, or the person who wants a step up in quality for watching a DVD on a plasm?

Good question. i think it could be seen as both that although they are perfectly at home in a desktop environment, like so many of the new breed of personal active monitors.

You could easily use it in a small writing setup.
