Seriously, is this an instrument or just a plain signal generator? Electronical stuff that sounds like this are most likely broken. :) BTW, my old tv can produce sounds like that.

there is alaways some dick saying that about any instrument that is remotely interesting and forward looking posted on the web. Why are musical reactionaries who have nothing to say so determined to be heard?? Maybe its all the same guy!!

Not really a bad question, answer being:

It's the signal generator part of an instrument ... seriously.

Of note, the well working unit intended to sound as you heard and more.

I would also agree that televisions are great sound sources.

I love electronic music and analogue gear...BUT...this thing or any like it, could never be used musically in anyway...ever. There are much better, much less cumbersome, much less expensive alternatives. Time to get out of the dark ages people.
