Seriously, is this an instrument or just a plain signal generator? Electronical stuff that sounds like this are most likely broken. :) BTW, my old tv can produce sounds like that. 19-Feb-09 02:39 PM uradick Said... there is alaways some dick saying that about any instrument that is remotely interesting and forward looking posted on the web. Why are musical reactionaries who have nothing to say so determined to be heard?? Maybe its all the same guy!! 24-Feb-09 04:34 AM Said...
Not really a bad question, answer being:
It's the signal generator part of an instrument ... seriously.
Of note, the well working unit intended to sound as you heard and more.
I would also agree that televisions are great sound sources. 24-Feb-09 09:29 PM TCM Said... I love electronic music and analogue gear...BUT...this thing or any like it, could never be used musically in anyway...ever. There are much better, much less cumbersome, much less expensive alternatives. Time to get out of the dark ages people. 27-Feb-09 10:32 AM Jesse Said... Wow, endless possibilites for sound designers! Great product! 05-Apr-09 10:31 AM curious Said... there's price mentoned, how can you say much less expensive? How much is it anyway? 14-Mar-10 05:11 PM analaaag Said... They said $425 with w/o the expander, $500 with. A deal. 3 VCOs, a mixer 3 VCAs, Ring and Frequency Shifter for 4 bills? Try that with analog. Bring it on! If it's pure digital it'll be very musical. Timbers that track the whole audio range and pitch which will track with it. 14-Mar-10 05:19 PM Bilbo Said...
All the people that slag this product, or any product category that they obviously don't understand, obviously don't use modular synths to create music.
What a judgmental bunch of douchebags. 31-Oct-10 07:34 AM Post a comment |
