Based on the PowerCore only Waldorf Decoda, the new Lector is a 100 band native vocoder plug-in with built in synth generator for use as the carrier. It can also be used with separate carrier and modulator signals using VST or AU with side chain function.

This sounded pretty good to my ears and was capable of some pretty unusual and ethereal sounds as well as the usual talking robot stuff.

Available in a couple of months (June 2011) for around €249 Euros
