We've covered the Haken Continuum Fingerboard at previous shows - it's a pretty amazing instrument, and the seamless playing surface offers an incredible range of expression.

It's also, fair to say, a bit of a steep learning curve to master both playing technique *and* the rather deep & complex sound engine programming, so we were fortunate to have an expert in the person of Christophe Duquesne to demonstrate what it can do in capable hands.

He was also showcasing the new EaganMatrix Expander which offers 2 additional DSP engines, increasing the voice count from around 6 using the single DSP in the Continuum Fingerboard, to around 20.

We also asked inventor Lippold Haken to give us a bit of info about the instrument and the new expander.
