Right in the heart of one of the hippest parts of Berlin, Schneiders Laden sits directly above the Kaisers Supermarket at Kottbusser Tor. From the approach on the U-Bahn you can see the sign for Schneiders, finding the entrance to the however seems to be a little more difficult. To the right of Kaisers there is a stairwell and on the left handside you will find the doorbell to Schneiders Laden; ring it and your synthesizer fix will be satisfied.
Meeting Andreas is always a pleasure, although he is not the product expert at the showroom these days, his care and attention to the manufacturers and his customers is admirable. As the modular scene has continued to grow over the last few years it seems that Schneiders has not changed their ethos. There seems to be a lot of fuss these days about getting the gear first, but as Andreas so rightfully put it:
"We just have to learn a bit more about patience"
