You may know synth designer Taiho Yamada's workd back from the M-Audio Venom. His latest instrument is under the name Media Overkill - its called the WaveRazor and is a unique synthesizer which uses waveform slicing to create aggressive new sounds. With a new type of oscillator WaveRazor creates some quite aggressive new sounds. In this demo with Taiho himself, we get to hear some of the raw waveforms, unfiltered.

Still in development, WaveRazor will be available forĀ AAX/AU/VST on Mac, PC and Linux.

Available march 1st - introductory price of $75.
