I spotted this system at the PLASA show in London earlier this year, but there were so many people around it, we couldn't get anything. Unsurprising really as it does look the biz. It's a digital live mixing console with the brains and IO handled by a rackmount unit, which can be controlled over ethernet or WiFi by laptop as you wander round the venue should you wish. However the best bit is the control surface (we're looking at the T112), with 28 assignable faders, dynamics control, effects sends, bussing and plenty of LCD display as well as a touch screen plus numerous other hands-on facilities. Connected to the stagebox and DSP rack via a single cat5 cable, this eliminates the need for expensive (and heavy) multicore cabling between the stage and FOH (front of house) mix position.
