Patrick Fridh (synthesite@hotmail.com) writes:
GOING BACK TO AN OLD SAMPLER isn't maybe what the average synth player would consider as a viable option. However, considering the ease of operation and the numerous functions of the EPS 16 Plus'es out there, think again. True, it won't surprise anyone when it comes to available sample ram, but this isn't everything. The 16 Plus could also be considered a very powerful synthesizer; it has numerous cool things such as sample start parameters (so you can modulate the sample start with, say, key velocity), advanced looping features, excellent effects (including rotary leslie effects, distorsion, and loads more - even resonant filtering from the WaveBoy disks). This sampler has a lot to provide for many years to come. Just use your imagination.

Comments About the Sounds:
Huge library available. Lots of cool sounds, but unfortunately it lacks a resonant filter, which makes it hard to produce real analog sounds with it.

(Thanks to Patrick Fridh for this info.)
